Shipping

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Below you'll find an overview of estimated delivery times per region.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing or local delivery conditions. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Trust Ludo is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping partners.

Please note: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Trust Ludo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at team@trust-ludo.com to register your return.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are always at the customer's expense. Please ensure the package is sufficiently stamped and sent with tracking. Trust Ludo is not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping.

Once your return has been shipped, send an email to team@trust-ludo.com including:

• Your order number
• The tracking number of your return shipment
• The reason for return

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days via the original payment method.
